Gripping his forehead, blood streamed from the wound inflicted by the officers’ excessive force. To compound the distressing incident, the third officer callously rode away on the victim’s bike, while the other two hastily left the scene in a tricycle.
Although the incident occurred approximately four days ago, the details surrounding the events leading up to the encounter remain undisclosed, prompting further inquiries.
